The room was huge and very nice! The air conditioning works well. The shower was great. The quality of the bed and sofa bed is excellent. Amazing breakfast. Leema, the restaurant attendant, is very friendly!

It was a great location. Rooms were spacious and kitchen is fully equipped. The staff is amazing.. very helpful and friendly. I forgot their names, but the bellboy and receptionists were on shift that day Dec 31st at around 2pm were all nice and helpful. Always smiling and asking if we need assistance.

From the moment we arrived at DAMAC, Hasan made sure our stay was perfect. He checked in every day to make sure we were comfortable and even gave us tips on the best places to visit. It's hard to find a staff as dedicated and caring as Hasan. We will definitely be coming back.
