The property was built in 2009 and has air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony. Rooms are fitted with a patio with mountain views. Really nice spacious , newly renovated apartment. Really close to the beach. Excellent location. The beach is beautiful and we enjoyed paddle boarding. Really comfortable beds and air conditioning in every room. Really hospitable hosts. With welcome drink and all. Would stay here again and highly recommend staying here.

Blue Studios is situated on the seafront in Golem, 200 metres from Qerret Beach and 49 km from Skanderbeg Square. Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the property and private parking is available on site. The apartment has family rooms. The condo is part of a new construction and spacious/comfortable. I had a small balcony attached to the room. With respect to the location, it's a 5min walk to the beach, which was nice. Many hotels and apartments in the area, and crowded with vacationers/families so parking and driving in the area takes some effort. I felt very safe. Many great restaurant options in the area, and convenience stores. Kliti was absolutely a pleasure to deal with, prompt responses, professional, and very helpful. He goes out of the way to make sure everything is in place or resolved. Highly recommend!

Every third day we were given clean towels and sheets. Really pleasant and kind host. She went out of her way whenever we needed help or information. We lost both our phones and the lady gave us her old phone to use. Last day after check out she helped us find used phone to use for google maps to get home. I highly recommend this apartment.
