There’s a SPAR supermarket just 2 minutes away, which was very convenient. The host was extremely kind and responsive—on our second day one of the air conditioners stopped working, and they replaced it with a brand new one right away. The property also has a small playground for kids, plus darts and air hockey, which the children really enjoyed. A washing machine and dryer are available free of charge, which was a big plus. Overall, a wonderful stay—I’ll definitely come back on my next visit!

The location is in a historic part of the town, close to everything: shops, museum, transport, restaurants. We were on the 1st floor looking out into the street where there is a bar restaurant but we couldnt hear the noise from the bedroom. The owners were very accommodating and client-oriented. I would come back here again. .

We only stayed a short period but this could be a good base for exploring Graz and the region further. We took advantage of the available, secure parking which was very helpful. Th host provided very detailed instructions (with images) making the whole check-in/out process and access to property very simple.
