We communicated with staff via Whats app, they were very friendly and quick to respond whenever we had questions. We had one minor issue with opening door for the room and staff helped immidiately via whats app, so it was sorted quickly. We were also lucky to have early check in! Staff messaged us when the room was ready so we could enter early. Our room on the second floor was clean, nicely designed (just like in the photos), and the bed was very comfortable with large blanckets. The windows blocked out noise well, but you can also open them a bit for fresh air. The location is fantastic — close to everything. The only small inconvenience was that there’s no luggage storage on-site, but you can leave your bags at a nearby hotel (2-minute walk), which is not too much hassle. Overall, a great stay and would definitely return and definitely recommend!

At the apartment complex, units are fitted with bed linen and towels. This was an excellent space for us for a week in London. It couldn't be more convenient to the Farringdon Station as well as a few others a longer walk away. It was very quiet at night and felt very safe. (Our driver from the airport even commented on how safe the area of "Hatton Hill" was with all the jewelers/diamond dealers on the street) The apartment itself was spacious enough for the 4 of us and we didn't have too much trouble sharing one bathroom. The mirrored wardrobes were so helpful to allow different spaces to do hair and makeup outside the bathroom. The apartment was spotless for us (although I do think providing a little broom/sweeper would be nice to help keep it clean as we tracked in) John was cheerful and welcoming when we arrived and also checked in during our stay. Beds were comfortable and even the couch had a cozy blanket if needed. Bedrooms got a little stuffy in the night if the doors were closed, but if the doors were open it was fine. We were so busy we did not utilize the kitchen for cooking, but it was nice to have a refrigerator and microwave. We would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity to visit London again!

Excellent transport links with DLR / River Bus & Bus within 600 meters. It's a very well-designed and welcoming space. It's located in an excellent area with quick access to trains, buses, tourist attractions, and restaurants.

Westminster Apartments by D'Montrio is a recently renovated apartment in the centre of London, 600 metres from Westminster Abbey and less than 1 km from Big Ben. Amazing location with walking distance from all the best sites and yet, a quiet neighborhood. Could not ask for more.
