After 3 weeks of travelling around Georgia, this was one of our favourite stays. Communication with our host (Beka) was excellent, and the hospitality wonderful, nothing was too much trouble, and he did everything he could to ensure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was comfortable, light, and unique. We had dinner one night in the hosts cellar/dining area, and it was really nice. Good food and wine. We really enjoyed a few days in this area. We spent 3 hrs exploring the Vardzia caves (going early at opening time means you can beat the tour buses) and also visited the Zeda convent. I'm very glad we visited this area of Georgia, and I'm particularly glad we met Beka and stayed at his wonderful Hobbiton.

It is very clean and quiet. The shower is excellent with very good pressure and hot water. The small kitchen with fridge, kettle, microwave is nice to have. The bed is very comfortable and there are electrical outlets beside the bed. Air conditioning and wifi work well. The location is great with many restaurants a couple of blocks away and a short walk to the central park. It's a guesthouse rather than hotel, meaning there is no reception etc, if that matters to anyone. The owner is very helpful and easy to reach by WhatsApp.

The location is perfect for visiting the Fort complex & there are good restaurants very near. We would definitely recommend staying here & it’s exceptionally good value. Thank you Lena & Lana. X
