Everything was very clean. Location is great. (Just reminder -it’s very noisy at night because in these quart are lot of pubs but we didn't have problem with that). I came at night and had some questions about check out and storage. It was very easy to contact host even at night. Apartments has everything what you need, nice balcony and location, good internet, host provided water and coffee in the room. Clean fresh towels, clean room, nice hair dryer. After check out you can leave your staff in the storage for few hours. Also apartments has great level of security and safety.

Everything was perfect. Quite, clean, spacious. I loved that we had a coffee maker and could make tea in the room. The room was the perfect temperature and there were slippers in the room for us. Parking was arranged (at a fee, which is expected in this busy city). Perfect location to explore all the sites on foot in Thessaloniki. Cute balcony and surprisingly very quiet. The staff were warm, professional and welcoming. Well priced and Modern hotel. I will definitely recommend Pillow Urban Stay to all.
