The host is very kind and helpful. Its location couldn't be more central, yet it's quiet during the night. Nice bars, restaurants and cafes can be found in max. 5 mins walk, and there is a cozy bar with friendly staff right in the front of the main door (The Bar in the alley). The ferry port is about 5 mins, the bus stop (to reach the rest of Syros) is about 10 mins walk along the harbor promenade.

You had firstly and foremost, the beach 1 minute walk away. There are taverns, bars and a mini market all at your doorstep. The room was comfortable. They cleaned it daily. You had the option to cook in the room. The owners were friendly and permitted us to check in 4 hours earlier, since we arrived in the morning, and to leave 1.5 hours later than check out!!
