Everyone was friendly and ready to help. Location also is fantastic with direct access to Lotte Mall. Facilities all looked clean and well maintained. Some hand sanitizer spilled in the elevator and a few minutes later when we took the same lift, it was already cleaned. We liked the layout of the 3 BR - a nice big dining table and a nested pair of coffee tables along with a sofa and a couple of armchairs. There's a bonus third bathroom near the washing area if the guests don't mind a squatting toilet and using a bidet spray as a hand shower, which is nice to shorten prep time in the mornings. The office nook is tucked in so you don't get any view but it also means no desk interfering when entertaining guests. The terrace had ample space.
