Really cozy. Excellent beach right opposite. The owners were very friendly and hugely accommodating. The dogs were welcomed and also loved their stay.

It is close to a couple of villages with restaurants, bakeries, and walking areas. The apartment was clean, has a big bathroom, and efficient kitchen. The host was quick to answer questions. There were 2 binders with information about using the apartment and local places to visit. It was close enough to Waterford but also rural and tranquil. The attention to detail for what a guest might need while there was apparent. I would definitely use again if in the area.

It has everything you need for a relaxing stay, and the hot tub is amazing. Note the freezer is behind the door in the outdoor area (we didn't realise this until the last day) and the code for the entrance is in an email from Booking.com, not on the booking.com confirmation page (my mistake) Would definitely come back for another celebration or just a relaxing weekend

Our host Nonie was extremely helpful when we queried where we could eat given it was a mid week off season night. The accommodation was warm, welcoming and very comfy. We simply loved the added luxury of the hot tub especially after a cold swim in one of the local beaches.

I highly recommend staying here, between the 4 beds, two bathrooms with showers, and two couches we had plenty of room. The price was so much better than a typical hotel stay locally and provided much better value.
