It is located on the 2nd floor of a 3 storey building within short walk of restaurants and souvenir shops as well as harbor (for whale watching). It is spacious, bright, very clean and airy. The beds and sofa are comfortable. The blinds are effective in locking out sunlight. There is plenty storage in the bedrooms. Good and sufficient cooking utensil. The bathroom is clean and spacious but the fact that the washing machine and dryer are in the bathroom makes it difficult to use while 4 guests need to use the bathroom. The separate washing machine and dryer are new in spite of some problem with the dryer at first. The building has its own parking space on first come basis.

It’s perfect place to stop while doing the ring road. It’s very near to supermarket. The view is mesmerizing and it’s the mountain. The hot tub is perfect for a snowy day. The only con is the bbq was not clean but we were able to grill in the oven. Fully equipped kitchen even with waffle maker :)

The cabins surrounded by trees was a lovely. The cabin itself is small but very clean with everything you need. Providing housecoats for the hot tub is a nice added touch. Just down the road is a little fishing village that has a free open air hot tub overlooking the Harbour where whales are often spotted! The owners were away but Sue was very helpful in directing us to the best fish and chips at Baccala!

Set in Akureyri in the North Iceland region, Apartment in the country, great view Apt. B has a patio. The property features sea and mountain views, and is 37 km from Godafoss Waterfall. There is a terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. The instruction on how to find the place and for gaining entry were clear and easy to follow.. The place was modern, well appointed and had all we needed for a 2 night stay. The view from the apt. was fantastic, both day and night. The place was a perfect temperature and the washing machine and drier were very welcome after a week of travelling. A lovely place to spend a couple of nights
