Thanks to him, we were able to discover the hidden gems of Basilicata. He guided us around the region, sharing the fascinating history behind many places. He also arranged excursions to remote towns we wouldn't have been able to reach without a car – plus, he even gave us Italian lessons! It was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to experience Italy from a completely different perspective – with the best guide we could have imagined. Thanks to his help, we were also able to capture some amazing drone footage. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

The location was perfect, the decor and amenities were excellent, and the host, Maddelina, was above and beyond expectations. She had her son find a parking spot and hold it for us on the street, very close to her apartment. Honestly, this was probably the nicest place we stayed for the money spent in our 16 day trip to Italy. Her apartment is barely outside the Sassi- only a five minute walk and you are there. She made excellent dinner recommendations . Less than a five minute walk is the restaurant Austin with Outdoor seating and Sassi views. The host went above and beyond in communications with us - the most responsive of any host on our 16 day trip. The photos do not come close to doing this place justice. Beautifully decorated with very comfortable memory foam bed and pillows. Honestly, we could not have asked or hoped for anything better. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

Lovely clean apartment located 10 minute walk from Sassi. Emanuela was very helpful with access instructions, recommendations for restaurants & things to do. We only stayed one night but was perfect for us to have a base with secure parking, close to attractions & quiet at night.
