Kotor Old Town is not that wide area, it is usually crowded and Avenza is well located at the edge of the mountain. I was not expecting such a modern, clean room in this historical town. It is apparent that they had a great renovation recently. I want to mention our host, Jovan was incredibly kind and helpful. I would love to suggest this place to everyone.

The location was peaceful, outside the old town but only a 10 min. walk from it. A bakery, a grocery store and a good pizzeria a few minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay!

The flat was new and modern with everything that we needed for our comfort, owners were extremely nice and caring to us, the apartemant was clean and had good facilities, also a real advantage was the free parking space which was perfect for people travelling by car, I would definitelly recomend this apartment

Superb apartment with beautiful view from windows and balcony. There is a little individual small garden in this apartment. Enjoyed swimming in the pool (filled with sea water) during the day heat. Pool is clean and well-equipped for sunbathing. There is everything you need in the apartment for a long stay. Host is very friendly helping us with tourist advices, guides etc. Free parking. Beaches nearby are usually small but cozy and are not crowded in this area.

Fantastic apartment! Excellent repair, excellent host(he helped me with all my questions) and fantastic view. It’s not so far from crowds of people, you can get here by walk (25 min from city centre) and by taxi(I think price not so much). We got by walk, for us it’s not a problem. If next time I will in Kotor, 100% I will book this apartment.
