I really appreciated it. The staff provided us with valuable information regarding paths around the lake. Hope we will come back!

Right in the heart of Bohinj, Apartments Škantar has mountain views from the balcony. With free private parking, the property is 5.8 km from Aquapark & Wellness Bohinj and 24 km from The Bled Island. The cave under Babji zob is 28 km from the apartment and Adventure Mini Golf Panorama is 35 km away. Had such nice stay! The room was so clean, cute and cozy and just a few minutes walk out of town. Lucija was such a warm and wonderful host that made our stay perfect. Highly recommend!

The hosts were so lovely - we lost a bag on a local bus, but our host was so great and was nice enough to call many different people to help us get it back. We booked the small two-person apartment with my wife for a long weekend and we were very happy with our choice. Our unit was tiny in the cutest kind of way, but had everything we needed. Especially the kitchen was surprisingly well equipped despite its size, with all kinds of cookware, cutlery, dishes, a microwave, coffee makers, toaster and kettle. Combined with the small fridge it is perfect for preparing your own meals if you don't want to eat out every day. The apartment is located about 10 walking minutes from lake Bohinj in a quiet neighbourhood and with a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains. Free parking and wifi was provided. If you travel by public transport, there is a bus stop right at the end of the side street. On the way to the lake you can find a couple restaurants, a grocery store, post office and the tourism information office. Our host Mateja and her mother were absolutely lovely! Overall it was a very cozy and enjoyable experience and we would be happy to stay here again if we come back to the area.
