Diana Estate is right in the middle of Soi Buakao so most things I need - nightlife, restaurants etc - were within walking distance. While being central, the estate is quiet and not much noise from the surrounding area filters in. The room was very nice - quite large, well laid out, with a desk where I could use my laptop, a comfortable sofa, and a basic kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave and a few dishes and cutlery. The estate has a very nice pool which I used a few times. Mew and David were always available and helpful. The room was cleaned every second day, which was fine for me

The apartment was large enough and thoughtfully planned to provide comfortable stay for a family a four: two separate bedrooms with individual bathrooms, isolated with a large hall. The building was super-silent: I never noticed any presence of neighbors. The rooms are well equipped with proper zone planning for kitchen, dining and chill-out, plus the poolside balcony. The pool was just amazing. This is big help for families with kids when the sun is too aggressive to stay at the beach. The water is super-clean and properly serviced. However, the water slides will benefit from service: the paint is peeling off some slides’ surfaces which makes them abrasive. The residence territory is carefully maintained: it’s very green and neat. The elevators are very fast and always available: living at the top floor was no problem at all. Security service is strict but very polite, friendly and helpful. They helped me a few times to move the other bikes to unblock my bike from crowded parking. The host was friendly and allowed us to stay a little longer on departure day. So we enjoyed comfortable schedule till the last minute before departure.

One of the best places to stay when traveling in Thailand. I would rate this property four stars as it is exceptionally clean and well taken care of. Mr. Frankie is really friendly and caring, it was nice talking to him. Our room was cleaned every day, fresh towels and beach towels also provided. Conveniently located short walking distance to the morning market, night market and the sea. We also made use of the possibility to do our laundry free of charge.

There is a balcony with a table and 4 chairs and the en suite bathroom includes shower facilities with free toiletries. Very nice tv, accessible for own devices; nice reliable Internet. Good housekeeping service - replacement of all consumables including water bottles, tea/coffee, bathroom and kitchen supplies. And they went out of their way to bring us things they saw we needed, but hadn't requested, like cushions for the dining room chairs. Plugs are Euro-NA style, so no adapters needed for North American plugs AC powerful and blows constantly (not on and off) Excellent Host - helpful and accommodating. One of the best host experiences we've had. Very quick service to replace the breaker when there was a power outage - less than an hour from notification to repair completion Washing machine works well. Balcony has afternoon sunshine for drying clothes Kitchen is well equipped, with clean pots and pans for stove top use Grocery stores, bars, pubs, restaurants close by. Beach less than 5m walk. Hairdresser on the road toward the beach was great Ensuite bathroom has a good shower We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Everything was perfect. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the location was great (for me). The two-bedroom apartment was amazing! It has everything you need for a stay of any length, whether with children or a group. The pool is absolutely fantastic!! 10 out of 10!
