There is everything one can need. We arrived late in the night and a bottle of water and two cookies waited for us, which was great since there are no stores nearby the accommodation. The apartment is in newly built building with security, check in instructions were very helpful. Security was so kind, they helped us and called us a taxi for the airport early in the morning, be aware that it takes 15-20 minutes for taxi to arrive. There was even a bicycle in the apartment, but wouldn't recommend you to drive it since there are some stray dogs in the neighbourhood. WIFI password can be found at the back of the router.

But we came the day before and left one day later and it was so cool that the hotel could extend our booking for these nights! We had a wonderful room, good breakfasts and very helpful and responsive staff at reception! Despite that we checked out early morning they made breakfast for us the day before in the evening and brought it in our room. I can not compare it with another hotels in Avanos, but certainly can recommend this place!

Location, quiet but central. The place itself is very comfortable and homy.

You can use that as a location to get to the apartment. The instructions to enter were clear and very simple. It’s located where everything is close by. The apartment has a very homey vibe. Got some laundry done while i was there and the bed is comfy. The booking was easy to do as well.

We like everything on this house and the lovely people who accommodate our small group with baby. We strongly recommend this place and when We come again to Cappadocia defenetly will visited them. Also the owners did that business to seaport the students.

Located in Gülşehir and only 28 km from Uchisar Castle, Beyaz Konak 1 Cappadocia provides accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. The owner is very friendly, he booked the taxi for us from the airport and the next day drove us to the bus station.
