It is only a short walk the the Main Street State St, lined with restaurants and shopping. You can also walk or hire a bike to visit the pier and water. We arrived on a Tuesday and there was a fabulous organic market lining the Main Street. Awesome chilled vibe.

It's also very close to the old town center and perfect for walking, with street parking available. The house is well-equipped with various amenities, making our stay very convenient and comfortable. Clean and tidy, with breakfast to prepare yourself (toast, jam, butter, peanut butter, coffee, tea) plus on arrival we were served milkshakes, perfectly fitting to the room designed to the last detail in 1950’s classic design! There is even an authentic m&m dispenser for the quick snack on the go with three different types of m&m’s! We absolutely loved it and will be back if we get the chance 😊

As mentioned in other reviews, the surrounding area can feel a bit sketchy, but this wasn’t an issue for us. Since we had parking in the garage, we avoided it entirely, and there was no need to walk around at night. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I’d definitely book again!

When we arrived, there was some urgent construction underway to improve the units. While this caused a bit of disruption to our stay, we decided to check out a day early and informed the team. To our surprise, they took the initiative to contact Booking.com on our behalf and arranged a refund for the final night. On top of that, they offered us an additional $50 as a gesture of goodwill. They weren’t obligated to do any of this, and it truly reflects their commitment to excellent service. What could have been a disappointing experience was completely turned around by their responsiveness and care. The hosts were quick to respond to any queries, the location is fantastic, and the rooms are comfortable. At the end of the day, it all comes down to service—and in this regard, they truly excelled.
