She is always friendly and ready to help me book a car to visit famous places such as Trang An, Hang Mua or Bai Dinh Pagoda. Thanks to her, my trip became much more convenient and smooth.

This is a family-owned business, and everyone was incredibly helpful in organizing our trip, buying tickets, and booking taxis. The free bikes were a huge plus for sightseeing. The pool is not in a garden but located in the reception area (with a shower in the back), and was very refreshing after long hot days. They even let us use the pool and bikes after checkout while we waited for our train, which was highly appreciated.
