It's a clean, comfortable apartment with a great big balcony. The owner is nice and helpful. The location is really 150m from the beach and it's mostly quiet during nights. All in all, it's a place to recommend.

Spacious house in a great location Excellent communication with the host Well equipped and stocked kitchen - no dishwasher though. Pleasant private patio, partly shaded Shaded carport in front. Very close to the sea, also good Access to the main coastal Road. There is a communal pool which is quite large and warm enough in late April.

We used the apartment for a one night stay after arriving late on a flight from the UK before moving on elsewhere on the island. The apartment is modern and has a homely feeling. Especially for such a central location in Paphos. The owner was very good at communicating and explaining where it is/ how to access the car park etc. We would definitely stay there again.

Very cosy, cute and authentic apartment, it looked better than pictures on booking. We had everything that we needed for staying there. The bathroom was renovated, so now the bathroom is new. The host was very kind and communicative. Location was perfect, it was close to the best beach Sodap (imho)
