Beach rentals in Skiathos Town

Very well located, clean room and very helpful host. Would clearly stay again !

We have been visiting Greece 2-3 times a year for 20 years and this is one of the best places we have stayed! The price is not cheap, but you get more than what you paid for! The hotel is either new or recently renovated. Even the smallest details have been thought of. We had at our disposal, in addition to the two terraces of the apartment, a common terrace with soft furniture! Every day they provided us with cold mineral water, Nespresso capsules and small snacks! Daily cleaning, change of towels and sheets! The hosts are always available, without being intrusive. Close to the coastal street, but very quiet. Between stops 0 and 1. For those who take the bus, it is super convenient - 5 minutes walk. 15 minutes walk to the airport. If we visit Skiathos again, we have "our place!"

Cleaning of the room every day, position, air conditioned

The owners were amazing, there was a bottle of wine when we arrived, before we left we got delicious traditional sweets. As we were trapped on the island because of bad weather, they allowed us to have late checkout (though we had to stay another night finally). The room was nice with kitchenette, free parking. Not in the center of the town but easy to walk there, close to bakery and two supermarkets, also close to the airport. For travelling around the island would recommend to rent a car.

Location friendly staff and good places to go for food and beaches.

The apartament was perfect for a plane spotter, great view to the airport and from 5 min distance from the close spotting places. The apartament was big enough for 5 persons, cosy and well equipped for preparing meals.

The owner is a very kind person, she filled us with attention, the apartment is close to the city center even if the return journey requires a climb of about 500 metres; I would definitely go back

This was the best stay we had in Skiathos the rooms were always cleaned every day and they are spacious and very cosy, Manolis is the best host we could have asked for 😊 we will be coming back next year definetely ❤️

We perceived Kefi House as a modern flat spread over 2 floors with attention to detail. The house is located in the centre of the town in a quiet area and is only a few minutes' walk from the heart of the town and the harbour. The beach is also within easy walking distance. We were travelling without a car, so we only walked and took the bus "Station 4 - Akropolis" to get to the many beautiful beaches. All we can say about the flat is that we unanimously felt very felt very comfortable and at home from start to finish. It is modernly furnished and equipped with everything important Air-conditioning included. All the rooms are large enough and the lovely furnishings and plants both outside and inside make it very inviting. We were particularly surprised by our host Dimitris, who was uncomplicated, warm and honest. We were greeted with a basket full of fruit, wine and water in the fridge! What a surprise! And that same evening we met him in a bar with a live DJ, at the very end of the harbour promenade, in the "GinFish" where Dimitris manager is. We were also surprised by his mum, who changed the bed linen and towels every few days She changed the bed linen and bath towels every few days and also looked after the kitchen and bathroom. We would never have expected that. Everything was clean again, thanks a lot. And we visited our host Dimitris again at his invitation at the Ginfish and said goodbye to him there. All in all, we are very grateful for the wonderful holiday we were able to experience thanks to our host, the locals, nature, the many beautiful beaches, the Greek food and the great hospitality and patience of the locals and seasonal workers. We can only recommend Dimitris and the Kefi House warmly recommend. We wish you Dimitris and your familiy all the best and good luck and success both professionally and personally. Ok - so if you are looking to be in the heart of the town, be able to people watch from a huge balcony where you can choose to be in or out of the sun, and have a spacious and clean room and bathroom with an attentive host close by then this is for you! If you are going to fret about being on a busy street (cars, bikes, people passing below) then maybe not for you. We loved it so much we have already booked to be back again next year!
