We stayed for a week at Liostasi Village, the three of us (my wife, our 3-year-old daughter, and I). The owners gave us an exceptional welcome, and the accommodation was perfect and comfortable, surrounded by the peace of the Vasilikos peninsula. Liostasi Village is just a few hundred meters from the enchanting Gerakas beach, a true paradise on earth, and close to many excellent tavernas. The accommodation also features a beautiful veranda where you can relax and enjoy your meals. I highly recommend Liostasi Village for its comfort, tranquility, and cleanliness, the perfect place to enjoy the wonderful Zakynthos away from the crowds!

Located in Vasilikos Village, the family-run Belvedere Zakynthos Studios consists of 3 different buildings and covers an area of 7000 m2.

The location is externally simple, even if it has a beautiful historic tree in front of it, but inside the rooms are really very well structured. Every day the room, conditioned very well, is cleaned in its entirety and the towels are changed. The bathroom is optimally sized and well laid out. The location of the structure is good because it allows you to be in a very busy centre, but away from the noise of passing cars; it is close to Zakynthos and there are numerous Rent a Car facilities. We enjoyed the proximity to the beaches in the south-east of Zakynthos which are nothing short of wonderful: above all we preferred San Nikolaos, after the beautiful and well-known Banana Beach. There are many places where you can eat well and with a quality/price ratio that is really difficult to find in other parts of Europe. Last but not least, we would like to dedicate a few words to Dimitri and Roza, who were simply wonderful: their care for our problems; their attentions to the smallest details; their constant presence, have transformed a beautiful holiday into a wonderful experience! Thank you with all my heart!!!

We are traveling a lot and I definitely can say that this place is one of the best we have ever stayed. I don’t know with what to start to tell about, but I think the main thanks have to go to Nikos that is an amazing master. He helped us with an early check in and understands exactly how much this means for a family with a 4 and a half years old child that sleeps at noon. The place is super clean. Nikos provided us towels for the pool, for the beach and has umbrellas for the beach too, all of this complimentary with is very nice. You can find at the place a small bat with coffee, juice, bear, at reasonable prices. The pool is nice and clean. The outdoor area is amazing with a lot of places to stay. You can find there a barbecue too. Nikos helped us with a map of the island and accurate indications and helped us with a booking of a trip that we have enjoyed a lot. The place is minutes away of a lot of attractions by car and is walking distance of a supermarket and the town. We recommend 100% this place! Very good value for the money and even more. We loved everything about our Asteri studio. The location is ideal for the shops & restaurants as the main street is just a few minute's walk away. The beautiful Kalamaki beach is only a ten minute walk and the sand & water there are just perfect. Our studio was cleaned every day, always so nice & fresh. We had a lovely patio where we sat out most evenings & enjoyed a chat with our host Vasso & her husband Pedro. Our wonderful host Vasso really went out of her way to make us feel so welcome & could not do enough for us. We would really recommend Asteri Studios & will definitely be back there soon.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, spacious house for our summer holiday. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. With a large private area that gave us exactly the peace and privacy we were looking for. The house offers 3 bedrooms in the first floor, office room in the ground floor that can be set-up as an additional room, if your booking is for 5 people. The house also has a basement that includes 1 bedroom, living room, 2 bathrooms that will only be part of your stay if your booking is for 6+ people (please check with property on booking chat). The swimming pool was definitely a highlight—spotlessly clean, a great size, and perfect for relaxing or enjoying a swim on hot summer days. There was also ample space for parking, which made things very convenient for us and our guests. Overall, this was an ideal holiday home and we would definitely love to return. Highly recommended!
