AYIRA hotel has everything you can ask for! The room is very nice and modern and the bed is really comfortable. The bathroom is amazing, everything new and working properly. I particularly enjoyed the nice hot showers. The breakfast is delicious and they are very flexible with time in case you need it. But the best thing about the hotel, without a doubt, is the lovely family that runs the hotel. Amjad (the hotel owner) awaits and welcomes you upon arrival. He explains everything about the island (bikini beach, shops, restaurants). He shows you around the island and makes sure you have everything you need or ask for. I cannot be more grateful to Amjad who made my stay in Feridhoo the best experience on a local Maldivian island. He even helped me with my upcoming move to a different island and made sure I was there. Besides that, the people in Feridhoo are very friendly and kind. We definitely felt at home and we recommend AYIRA hotel 100%!

The guesthouse was conveniently close to everything! A short walk took me to the beautiful bikini beach, the island's restaurants, and even the arrival port. 2. Spotless and Inviting Rooms: My room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. It provided a comfortable and relaxing haven throughout my stay. 3. Razeen, the manager and his team (including the owner of the Shifa Lodge) always fulfilled our wishes, whether earlier breakfast due to our divings or organizing boat excursions. The boat transfers from and to Male were perfectly arranged. Razeen's family owns a few guesthouses on the island and the boat for excursions and transfer is also in the family's property. The dinner buffet at nearby Castaway guesthouse was very rich, as well as the breakfast at Shifa Lodge. If you favor a stay on an island with locals and you do not need the luxury of a resort, you are right here. Everything on the island is in walking distance. If you are diver, we recommend Noohiri dive center (Nitrox only, we made the certificate with them). The island provides good snorkeling areas at the east side, you can encounter guitar sharks patroling in shallow water. We will come again.

Ideal accommodation option. A clean and comfortable room that has everything you need: a comfortable bed, ample storage space, a refrigerator and even a safe. Nice bathroom. The room was cleaned immediately after our request. The nearest exit to the sea is just 2 minutes on foot. The hotel has its own sun loungers on the bikini beach, and they also provide beach towels. Ali and his family were very hospitable and always helped with any questions. From the hotel owner we learned a lot of important and interesting information about the culture and traditions of the locals, we even talked about politics :) Before we left, Ali prepared a free amazing traditional Maldivian dinner for us, it was amazing! The hotel also has very tasty local breakfasts; we ate only them during our stay. Thanks to Ali and his family, we will definitely return to Feridhoo!

Extremely friendly stuff!!! Nice room. They enter and clean daily. Superb buffet breakfast. Comfy room and facilities. They even made me a favor of bringing me take-away breakfast to the ferry departure point as it was quite early for the normal schedule! Thanks!! And the island is quite local and great to visit 😃

Simply put, we had a wonderful stay. The hotel is probably the best you can get in Mathiveri. It is brand new, with very nice, bright, well equipped, and clean rooms. The personnel did their best to make our stay great. The included breakfast was excellent, with plenty of quality food. Dinner can be also served at the hotel, and it was delicious (offers wider selection, but we focused mainly on grilled reef fish). Good restaurants nearby. The hotel has a convenient location, too. The 3 minutes’ walk to the bikini beach (which is amazing!) through a very nice forest path (that offers protection from sun burns). Highly recommended.

Really difficult to mention just one but the whole trip was fantastic, Abdullah really made us feel comfortable and we had booked the stay for 1 whole month during July. We got really great offers and tips on trips to do and Radha was so kind and helpful, he really made the stay wonderful plus the amazing breakfast!
