Our familyroom: secret lagoon, for 2 adults and 2 children was a dream apartment with a large terrace. Very bright, clean, the bathroom has a window for ventilation. The apartment and the complex and the pool were always very clean. The location: quiet and very central with many restaurants and shopping streets. . The staff were very helpful and very kind and decent. Thanks especially Haileen, Gary and Bong, they always looked after us nicely. We felt very comfortable. Thanks, ingat kayo lahat☺️

The place is absolutely gorgeous, comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The staff is incredible. We requested to take shower before taking our flight in the evening and they were very kind to accommodate our request. I strongly recommend this place for a perfect stay. By far the most professional, friendly, and helpful staff we have came across during our trip. The hotel is beautiful, of the highest quality, and extremely clean. The infinity pool offers a spectacular view of the magical El Nido, accompanied with delicious cocktails. The 1h head, shoulders and back massage was of high quality and at a reasonable price. The bedroom (Premium Studio) felt like home, with modern, yet local/natural decorations. The included breakfast was also very good. An amazing welcome cocktail is included at your arrival. Basically every transfer is covered by the property, including El Nido- Puerto Princesa, at very competitive price, so you might want to check out their fares before booking anything else.

This was the best property we stayed during our stay in the Philippines. On our arrival they came to pick us up from the town square with the tuk tuk. The ladies were extremely helpful with renting a motorcycle, they have their own agency. The room was very nicely decorated and very comfortable. The location is great as well, short walk from the city center and very quiet!
