Roulla Villa, situated just a short walk from Perissa Beach, offers an outdoor pool with hot tub facilities and weekly Greek theme nights. Sisi were amazing ! Helped us with the rooms, showed places we could go around the island and hotel overall were amazing. Very good bar at the pool, option to order some food as well. Rooms were clean and cleaned every day. Obsolutley loved to stay in Perissa, as everything was near and didn’t had to go thru mass crowds to access the hotel. Would stay again ! We had 2 rooms. Both rooms were well equipped with kitchen stuff and was nice and clean.

CABO ESTE SUITES is located in Akrotiri and features a private pool and pool views. The property features stunning views from the terrace with ocean views on either side. very stylish, clean, and the host were incredible and attentive to any needs. I will be back again

Located in Perivolos and only a few steps from Perivolos Beach, Sand Gem - Beach Apartments provides accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. I'm always happy when I find accommodations to which I can leave a big 10 rate and this one exceeds it by 1000000000000++++++++! This is the best seaside location we've had in our travels around Europe beaches: new, modern with a hint of traditional, island vibes and the best amenities and hosts. The apartments are located beachfont, there is a beach with private sunbeds included when you step out of your room. Rooms have everything you need, from kitchen to bathroom, beach towels also, daily cleaning and the star of the show, the hot tub which made the middle of the day and evening even chill, for just relaxing there. This is a family business, Spiros the owner is super friendly, gives the best local insights of what to do around the island and is very accomodating with guests (we asked if we can get an early check because we had an early flight and he made it possible asap, once the other guests left, everyone worked to get it ready for us). Breakfast is offered on site and cooked there, fresh and yummy, you have multiple options; there's also a tiny shop where you can buy souvenirs, nice linen beach clothes and groceries also. I was honestly sad I didnt book more nights here from the begining, we slept great, it was quiet and just perfect. Villas Scirocco is situated in Fira and has a pool with a view and pool views. There is a private entrance at the villa for the convenience of those who stay. The host knew that it’s our honeymoon so she brought us a champagne 🍾 so nice of her. The place is like a paradise! And just close to a 5star hotel. You can have free sunrise from the beach near by for only 3 mins walk.

Situated in Oia, the recently renovated La Madeleine Oia offers accommodation 1.1 km from Katharos Beach and 15 km from Archaeological Museum of Thera. Stunning views and we were extremely impressed by the incredible service at La Madeleine. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by Ismail who was sensational our entire stay and always went above and beyond. The La Madeleine team made us feel at home. The breakfast was also 10/10 and the rooms were gorgeous. Would highly recommend to anyone looking at staying in Oia.

Set in Oia and only 1.9 km from Katharos Beach, Acanthus Oia-Private Jacuzzi Suites offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. Just a short walk away from Oia's main area. Property was beautiful, spacious, and clean. Great communication with the property manager, answered all our questions, helped with coordinating whatever we needed. Checked in with us prior, during our stay, and upon departure. Would definitely recommend.
