I asked upon checkin for the highest room available if possible as it was my fiance birthday, not only were they able to arrange for us a floor at astonishing height (floor 72) but they also organised a lovely birthday banner, balloons, small gift package, bottle of wine, and a beautifully handwritten card for us to celebrate.
