We’ve had an amazing stay. The owners are very welcoming, they are available via Chat 24/7 and make sure you have everything you need at all times. Premises were clean. The view from the superior suite is absolutely stunning. Immediately next to the hotel there’s a tiny remote beach with a kayak rental. There are some nice restaurants and bars nearby (we loved Aloha!), as well as lots of hiking trails. Snorkelling set can be rented at the hotel. Breakfast was lovely though simple. If ever back in Brazil, we will definitely come back!

We loved our stay at Encanto do pai and Aracatiba. Fernanda is a great host, you really feel at home in her suite. She is full of kindness and good recommendation to visit this part of the island and the beaches all around. It is recommended to talk with her prior to reserve (be careful not to book at Abrao that is 1h far by boat and 400 rls). Rooms have charming view to the sea and to the forest at the back. Breakfast have fresh fruit and home made cake every day. Aracatiba is a quiet and charming fisherman village of ilha grande , ideal to relax and take good time. Fernanda helped us to organize then a boat transfer directly to Paraty that was a pleasant option to stop in the paraty islands. Best restaurants tried : Seafood, Conves and Villa ara.

The location was excellent and easy to get to from Angra dos Reis. The pousada was beautiful and great value for money. Our room had a lovely balcony and hammock that had gorgeous views. Magdalena and Ademilson were kind and generous hosts and so helpful. The breakfast was yummy and they were there if we had any questions.

Well firstly I haven’t finished my stay at this unbelievably accidental amazing find!!!. I was only able to book until the 09th as they were full. But the owner Luciana arranged for me to stay with her mum at Cruzoe for one night, to bridge the gap to allow me the rest of my stay in at Dolce Vita. I love her mum Sonia she’s fabulous and so welcoming.

Pousada Lagamar, sited in the idyllic Ilha Grande, is just in front Lagamar Lagoon, an offer comfortable accommodation with views.

Natalia is an excellent host and the location in Bananal is beautiful. Very calm village but you can find anything you need around. Especially the breakfast was especially great and the options for tours around the island!
