An absolutely wonderful time at this property. The staff were some of the best ever. Extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating to all our requests. They went well over and beyond what is usually expected. The property was cleaned every day with fresh towels and linen when necessary. Not too far from the ocean. Lovely pools and restaurant facilities. It’s a really lovely place to totally relax and chill out. It comes highly recommended.

Really nice appartement. With all the necessities. An iron would appreciated much but it’s all good! The pool was great by the way!!! Contact with the host was really nice. We traveled as a family and the apartment was just what we were looking for: comfortable, well-equipped, and peaceful. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, the facilities were above expectations and the pool was great and the security of the place was impeccable. Amazing location and Zuela the host was fantastic. Francisca the cleaning lady was very nice and came every 2 days. There was also WiFi at the property and it reached the beach as well. Thank you so much Zuela!

We loved the location to the beach - a promenade to stroll along or jog if you were so inclined. We had booked a deluxe swim up level room which entitled us to our own lounge with snacks and a bar with all inclusive drinks. Also we were able to book (via the Level Lounge Reception Team) all of the other Meliá Hotels which were all walkable to the hotel we stayed in. All the staff were always very friendly and helpful.

An incredible experience of true hotel service. The hotel has a long history and a large "family" (staff) who are always happy to help you. Since this hotel is the first on the island, its location is, in my opinion, the best. Loved everything!

The place was clean and well equipped. It had everything we needed. Everything was new. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment for cooking and eating. The only one thing I missed was a potato peeler, to peel a cucumber to make a salad. Everything else was there. Even washing up liquid and cleaning materials. It was quiet enough, providing we were facing the swimming pool. The hostess, Celina, is a lovely person!
