Beautiful hotel in a fabulous location right on Lake Konstanz. Huge room, staff very friendly, breakfast was very good and we ate dinner in the lake front restaurant where the food was fabulous.

Check-in was smooth and efficient. The air conditioning in the room worked perfectly. Breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety, and we loved being able to sit outside.

The location of the hotel is superb (directly on the promenade beside the lake). The staff are all super friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Alia and Stan. I stayed in two rooms here (both with a lake view and balcony) 110 and 505. Both were great. I didn't use the wellness spa but it looked lovely.
