Beach Hotels in Soma Bay

If there was something more than 10/10 this resort would get that rating. PERFECT STAY. The resort is absolutely lovely aesthetically in all areas, the staff are very pleasant, the room is spacious and even for a standard room there is a 2 couch separate lounging area! The bed is comfortable and the water pressure in the bathroom is the best. Soft drinks and water are always supplied in the fridge for free and all rooms are steps away from the pools. The front desk provided us with socket adapters for our foreign plugs! The food may be the best part, VARIETY. Cold food range, sushi, large selection of sea food (best octopus i've ever had), various grills, so many kinds of deserts including Middle Eastern ones, just so so perfect. The beach and pool have enough beds for all and bars are scattered all over and the red sea is calm for swimming and very clear . Be mindful that Ras Soma is 45 mins from main Hurghada so you may have the hotel taxi as your only option to move around for other activities like water parks or to the marina and if you have a tour to Luxor your provider may ask you to pay extra as it is off the main road in Safaga. There is an ATM on site if you need cash for use during your excursions. Entertainment at night was good and they did an elaborate one at the beach during our stay with impressive fire shows and all the good stuff. I am happy i chose this resort, do not choose another place over this one

This is all inclusive the best we've been, surpassed all our expectations ! Culinaric offer is just pure hedonism, pâtisserie out of this world ! The ambient and atmosphere is nice, laid back and pleasant, no rush or hustle at the sight, stuff just great and friendly ...Stroll down the yard directly to the sandy beach and refreshing sea. We had direct access from the room terrace onto the maintained garden and pool. Coctail bars are on the beach and at the pool, the whole place not excessively big but just the right size to relax and enjoy, we really hit the relaxed summer vibe in February. Everything is taken care off, guests needs or wishes (trips to other parts of Egypt) easily organised. Cleanliness 100% ! Great staff, Orca Dive Club, the Beach, Food

Wow this hotel exceeded our expectations completely, what amazing value for money. Soma bay is the most amazing security town on the shore of the most amazing sea. After travelling throughout Egypt we ended in the lap of luxury. So safe and secure with no hassles - the perfect place to relax. The sea was gorgeous, I have travelled all over the Indian ocean, but was blown away by the red sea's crystal clear waters, zero litter, warmth and stunning marine life. The Jetty a 15 minute walk along the promenade or free golf cart ride (they come every 30 minutes on the hour) takes you to a massive house reef, full of fish and colorful corals. we came here to snorkel from the reviews and it did not disappoint - instead blew us away. The hotel is huge, quiet, beautiful, clean and so much to do - pools, lazy river, spa, more pools, amazing beach with soft sand, yoga, aqua aerobics, beach sunset disco, food glorious food, jumping castle on the sea, speedboat banana boats, sail boats, wind surfing - so much to do - or like us just relax, lie in the sea and snorkel and eat delicious food. Order drinks and lunch from your sunbed by a press of a button. Free water station with ice cold water on tap. The hotel is also super environmentally friendly with beautiful earthen pot recycling bins all over, no plastic allowed on the beach and many signs with do and don'ts about sea life. The Soma bay area is expanding and lots of development going on - none of it was seen or heard from the hotel the whole area will look great when it is finished along with a massive golf course- the Marina area just next door to the hotel is fantastic, has a great supermarket, bottle shop, ATM and lovely gift shops, lots of good restaurants too many where you can sit next to the yachts - I felt like I was in Cape Town or Greece - it really is very different to the rest of Egypt. Book for a fantastic hotel, situated on the shores of the most beautiful sea.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hospitality was excellent, the staff were always friendly and helpful. The sea view from my room was stunning and made the experience even more relaxing. The service was top-notch, always attentive and professional. The food was delicious . Everything was very clean and well maintained. Overall, it was an good experience and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and quality.

A super apartment, very comfortable bed, pillows and quality linen made our stay perfect for a good sleep. A short walk to the jetty along the shore beside the golf course. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing food. Everything was perfect. We really appreciated the late check out before our flight. Mahmoud was very helpful and always easy to communicate with, arranging a taxi and providing local information.

Good size room and and comfortable beds. Special thanks to Mahmoud bellman, Mostapha at Rocky bar, Abd Eldaym housekeeping, Osama and Ahmed lifeguard at the snorkelling spot and Ahmed lifeguard at the swimming pool near our room were extremely professional 10/10 in customer service. Aqua park at sister hotel is a bonus especially if traveling with kids and the lifeguard team maintain a professional and friendly attitude while providing excellent customer service and ensuring a safe environment. Favourite place was the snorkelling spot.

It was clean and tidy. Mohammed who welcomed us made our trip fantastic and comfortable. both with help with the facilities in the apartment but also in the area with a quick tour of the entire area. The best recommendations from here.
