This accommodation is absolutely excellent Very clean, very comfortable with everything you could need Everything is new Bed is very comfortable with 2 pillows per person that were very comfortable Staff were excellent and friendly Shower is amazing and sparkling Location was ideal, right next door to the beach and a 2 minute walk to shops/restaurants Will definitely return to Apartmentos Ponent if I come back to Paguera I'd give 100 stars if possible ✨️

The staff were the most friendly and helpful in everything we needed. Have not experienced this level of service before. The rooms spacious and very comfortable. The design of the room was stunning. Breakfast was amazing —5*. Very high standard of food selection Hotel across from a little beach and very close to other restaurants within walking distance. Great location

Staff were so friendly and welcoming, gorgeous boutique hotel filled with quirky decorations. Bed was comfortable and room had a lovely pool view. Could hear some noise from other rooms but wasn't an issue. Breakfast was great, and gluten free options available. Their dinner restaurant is fantastic, brilliant menu with majority of choices gluten free. Walking distance to 3 large supermarkets, and to the beach.

Adults-only Hotel Florida Universal sits in Bay of Magalluf, Majorca, close to the nightlife and about 10 minutes’ walk from Palma Nova Beach. It has a swimming pool with sea views.

Food was delicious, very good variety. Different eggs, hams, cheese, fresh salad, vegetables, pancakes, fruits etc. for breakfast. Large varienty of meat or fish, vegetables, pizza, pasta, salads, fruits, ice cream etc. for dinner. Staff was smiling, friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were in very good condition, everything working perfectly and clean. Rooms had balcony with laundry rack to dry clothes. We also had kettle. Probably best location on the island, everything was close. Other places easily reachable with bus. There was also large (Aldi) supermarket quite close. Fantastic views from hotel. Last day we had early check-out and reception let us in to have very early breakfast, no other hotel would do this. Really appreciated to have this opportunity.
