The rooms felt modern without detracting from the victorian history of the hotel. Our bed was large and clean with a fabulous view of Llandudnos promenad. In the morning we were treated to a generous breakfast with hot teas and coffee. It was a fantastic start to our stay in Llandudno and would highly recommend staying here.

Nice atmosphere good staff very peaceful ambiance the only trouble was room carpet looked dirty and the sensor light in the toilet was going on and off seems the sensor is not working properley.

    Lovely B&B right on the beachfront. We stayed in room 7 which was at the back of the property. Lovely touches in the room. Tea and coffee making facilities. There was a fan which was much needed as it was really warm. The bed was one of the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept in. Breakfast was nice cooked fresh. You order the night before which I think is so much better.

    The location of this hotel is right on the beach front. You can take your dog for nice walk on the paved seafront. Unfortunately, I think pricing of rooms are a little too high.
