Great Stay !! The 1st night was quite stormy but we barely felt the boat moving.....we enjoyed the hot tub and music on the boat every evening rain or shine. The location was great as a base for daytrips. We used both the kitchen facilities on the boat and access to the bar/restaurant in the marina and we also went into Poole 1 evening. Also had time for a cozy read in the lounge area.

A lovely, clean and modern apartment in a superb location. The balcony was lovely with wonderful views. We stayed on a very hot weekend, so the air con was an essential bonus. There is a large master bedroom with a generous en-suite. The bedding and towels were of a good quality. The host was very accommodating, helpful and a pleasure to communicate with. We would not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend to others.

Hotel is very nicely situated across the street from a great beach with much activity, and close to the city and many shops, restaurants and pubs. Just a short taxi from the train station. The full breakfast includes a variety of menu choices that are nicely prepared, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Our room was very spacious with sitting area, and comfortable.
