The holiday in Halkidiki, Mola Kalyva at Villa Maria was sensational. The luxury suite we stayed in, right on the seashore, was amazing. New, equipped with absolutely everything you need, the waves of the sea, the wonderful water, but above all the exceptional people who manage the property made this vacation unforgettable. We will definitely be back. It should be mentioned that the tavern and the beach bar have been disbanded , but there are many other taverns in the area where you can eat and drink very well. One more observation: the beach is narrow, intimate and with stones, you need specific shoes to enter the water. The beach is not crowded and is very suitable for people looking for peace and relaxation. We thank from the bottom of our hearts the owners of the villa who offered us their food and whom we now consider friends: the kind and always available Mr. Kleanthis Spanos, his warm-hearted and wonderful wife Eliza (a perfect Frenchwoman) and their daughters, the small and sweet Diana and the ambitious Lemonia, but also the rest of the people who are close to them in this activity. The apartment is exceptional, offering everything one could possibly need and more. The host’s thoughtful gesture of providing water in the fridge and fresh fruit was greatly appreciated. The terrace, complete with comfortable seating, provides a truly spectacular view. The setting is quiet and peaceful, near a small village (10 minute walk) with a few places to eat and two small shops that have everything you might need. We were very happy with our one-week vacation here with our two boys, aged 9 and 13

Everything was superlative. Tomas, our host, did everything possible to make our stay as comfortable as possible. He was attentive to all the details related to the accommodation. The apartment is very clean and offers everything necessary for a successful holiday. Also, his mother offered us a barbecue one of the days. His recommendations for beach destinations and sightseeing were a real help. The accommodation is very close to the beach, practically right on the beach, and the balcony offers an unforgettable sunrise.

The residence and it's location is just mind blowing. Having breakfast and morning coffee at that large terrace feels like being right above the beautiful Greek sea.the view is really amazing .the house is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The host is polite and always there when you need him .the details given for check in and out were simple and quick. Privacy is also an option there.our children loved the grass at the back yard .I would totally recommend it and I would definitely choose it again. Thumbs up.

The location was excellent with a wonderful view of the sea. The house is literally on the beach and the children had the time of their life as they could play in the garden safely. The hostess was very friendly and really helpful.
