I was recently in Greece for my best friends wedding. It also was my very first time visiting the country. My second accommodation in the country was the Nautilux Hotel. From the moment I walked onto the property and began to walk towards the entrance, I was met by a friendly face. His name was Nikitas. He welcomed me to the hotel and walked me to reception to get checked in. I expected a wait bc I was a few hours early. Areta was another friendly and helpful face who worked magic and got a room for me very quickly so I did not have to wait. Through out my stay she gave me a lot of helpful advice on places to go around to shop for a white dress:) . I also must mention Iliana, she was so nice and truly interested in how my stay was and if there was anything that she could do to make the stay more comfortable in the future. All the people that I encountered made my stay that much more enjoyable. The hotel is beautiful but the staff are wonderful.

We had an amazing stay at Calla Luxury Suites! The owners have years of experience in hotel management and it shows. The breakfast, the room, the pool — everything was perfect to the last detail, and the owners were the nicest people! Highly recommend.

Very very very nice room design! Everything is thought through, a lot of light scenes, very comfy sofa, TV is rotating so you can watch it from every spot of the room, even from outside jacuzzi! Very nice restaurant, very delicious welcome lemonade :) Nice stuff and beautiful people around. Amazing beach just across the road, sport bar nearby, shops around the corner. And one of the best cities on Crete just in 10-15 minutes ride by car. We had a partial sea view and could hear the sea all night.

Beautiful boutique hotel, calm, clean, comfortable and spacious room with very friendly and good staff. The restaurant food was delicious and the service was exceptional. For families, they have a great kid club called Grecoland where they can accommodate kids from 4 years old to 12 years old and under 4 years old with a parent or guardian. They do a lot of activities inside and around. You feel comfortable leaving your kids with professional people such as Liza and her team work. Convenient location near to Rethymno. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel, we will definitely go back again ! Special thanks to Nikoleta, Alex, Eleni, Maria, Liza and Ioana.

Amazing stay. We wish we stayed longer. Beach was across the road. Sun chairs and Umbrella provided to guests which is great. Rooms were quite large with great views. Pool was a great way to relax .. Service was fantastic. Filio and the team were great. We will be back

The hotel has very good location - on the end of promenade, direct on beach with own sun beds and umbrellas with low fee. No cars driving over like on other hotels on the promenade, here is but quiet and good air. The sunbeds have much place not like in big hotels near it where sunbeds are very close to each other. The garden and swimming pool area is beautiful and very well maintained. Everything is very clean, they even wash the pavement in the garden. The rooms will be cleaned carefully every day. Free parking space. Friendly staff helping always. The sea view from balcony. The kitchen. Good restaurants nearby, specially "1+1". We are looking forward to stay next time in this hotel.

The hotel is small, with a small number of rooms. At check-in they give a bottle of local wine and a plate of fruit. The staff are very polite and pleasant. Some days we lived with a sea facing room, a few with a garden view. The rooms have everything, clean. Very liked that for dinner every day was a different cuisine. And everything was delicious! My husband has gluten intolerance - and the chef told him which dishes were gluten-free, and sometimes even cooked specially. There was a very good breakfast, lunch and dinner. Thanks to the hotel we had an amazing holiday!
