My family and I had the best possible stay here. Excellent location with a bus stop outside and the beach just a 5 minute walk away. The pool and outdoor are were great. Moreover, the staff treated us like family. Thanks again! We will definitely return.

This place is amazing! The hotel sits atop a hill and has different levels that cascade down to the water below. The view from my room was breathtaking. Very clean, very friendly and attentive staff, good drinks and food and different areas to relax, always with ocean in sight. I spent my says on a lounger next to ocean and could dip in when hot. Definitely returning here !

The aparment is new, the bed is super confortable, with a fully equipment on the kitchen to cook whatever you want, everything was so clean and the owner is really friendly and reply quickly. Very recomended!

Our stay in Perdika Bayview was amazing. The house is spacious, very clean, and offers a beautiful sea view. Just few meters walk away is a rocky beach with fascinating underwater sea life—perfect for snorkeling. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, and communication was smooth throughout our stay. Perdika itself is a charming little town with great restaurants and a peaceful, uncrowded atmosphere. We truly enjoyed every moment and would love to come back!

A wonderful stay in an amazing apartment with views from all parts of the house!! Spotless bed linens that smelled of musk. We arrived late at the house, we found the key very easily and a wonderful welcome. The hostess responded immediately and helped us with everything we asked for. The comfortable parking served us incredibly well. We enjoyed the peace and the comfortable apartment. Thank you for making us feel at home.

Comfortable , well equipped apartment, extremely helpful and responsive hosts, direct access to the sea, excellent quiet location close to shops and the delightful tavernas of Perdika. I would come back just for the view from the huge terrace! I would also recommend hiring an E-bike from the local hire shop.

    Very sweet place to stay. Hosts/proprietors went to every effort to make us comfortable, including drinks and treats on arrival. It's in a quiet area of the island and not much infrastructure (had to order taxis to get to and from ferry) but we found a great cafe/bar on the beach down the road. Breakfast overlooking the pool was enjoyable.

    Lizzy, Aris, Kiki and the team are exceptionally friendly, helpful and made our stay delightful. The Beach House Apartments are run very professionally but in a totally relaxed and laid back atmosphere. Great cocktails made by Kiki, hence my husband’s bar bill 😆. Proximity to beach directly outside. There is a drinks/snack service to beach beds. An added bonus is that a couple of times a week Aris, a virtuoso guitar player, and Lizzy, an accomplished singer, entertain guests with memorable music. We highly recommend this little oasis.

    The place is beautiful with a good vibes. The sea is perfect for swimming and chilling in the water. The beach sometimes was crowded but all the people - locals and turists, were calm and nice. The apartment has everything you need. We specially liked the outside sitting area. There are 4 nice tavernas in the neighbourhood. You can hike to the Temple of Aphaia or have a nice walk at the seaside.

    It is a gorgeous house right on the beach. The island itself is extremely beautiful and quiet where you can find "Old Greece at home". Very well organized (bathroom, bedrooms, terraces, kitchen).

    This is really a little slice of paradise. The apartment is right on the beach and is clean and charming with bright harmonious artwork. Lizzy and Cathy were lovely hosts. Falling asleep listening to the waves was perfection. It has everything we needed for a 9 day stay. We loved the little cafe and beach spot out front too. We didn’t want to leave and hope we have an opportunity to return ❤️
