Beach Hotels in Opatija

The Navis is a wonderful place to relax, combined with peace, nature and the sea. The staff are all great and treat guests like family. The food is fantastic and the breakfast is one of the best we've had anywhere in the world! We stayed 7 nights, returned yesterday and already miss it. We'll be coming back.

This was our 3rd stay in Kvarner, always a great experience! Breakfast is outstanding.

If I could sum it up in one sentence – this was the best vacation of my life. The hotel provides a level of service that always exceeds expectations. The rooms are thoughtfully designed, with excellent soundproofing, all the essentials you might need, and an efficient air-conditioning system. Food deserves special thanks to the hotel team. The selection is outstanding, catering to every taste – everything is incredibly fresh, from fruits to desserts. The spacious dining halls with sea views make every meal a delight. Room service could offer a slightly wider menu, but delivery is impressively fast. As for the staff – every single person is professional, attentive, and ready to help in any situation. A special thanks to the management for creating such a high standard of hospitality. Parking. The hotel has a large public parking area nearby, but since the street is narrow, spots fill up quickly. I recommend using the hotel’s underground parking. It is tight, so if you don’t have much driving experience, it’s best to let the staff park the car for you (they kindly do this free of charge). Beach. The location is breathtaking – right on the seafront, with a private beach, crystal-clear water, and amazing marine life for snorkeling. In addition to the private beach, there’s also a pool and access to several public beaches nearby. Infrastructure. Opatija itself is a gem – a charming blend of Austrian, Italian, and Croatian architecture. The city center is beautiful, perfect for strolling and relaxing, with plenty of seaside restaurants. There are also shops, a market, and supermarkets (though parking in town can be a challenge). Prices are, of course, on the “touristy” side. In summary: we will definitely return to this wonderful hotel, the beautiful city of Opatija, and Croatia.

This room was one of the cleanest I've ever rent with very comfortable bad. Private parking place near the house. The owner and comunications with them was simply and great! When I come back to Opatija one day I'll choose this room for sure! Thank you for nicely hosting!

Amazing location, we could reach several beaches, restaurants and shops within a 5-10 minutes comfortable walk, sometimes its uphill, and there are many stairs, but its expected in the area. The apartment was clean, we had two separate bedrooms with two in room bathrooms, everything was spotless, beds were comfortable and there were all the amenities we needed. Beautiful view from the terrace as well, we loved sitting there in the mornings and evenings.

Excellent accomodation & location with parking. 3 minutes walk to the ocean - don’t miss the walk along the boulevard - a highlight of this gorgeous town Opatija. Thank you Ana

Above all, the staff! Particularly-Paula, who not only made us feel completely at home and in her personal care, but helped us above and beyond her responsibility. From last minute dinner reservations to giving us historical and geographical context for Opatija and the region, not to mention days of work tying to locate our lost phone and shipping it to us. Her capability and energy cannot be matched. People make all the difference in hospitality, and Amadria Park Royal is a better place because of her work ethics and personality!

Everything good, clean, close to everything, best location.

We stayed at Villa Esperia, a quiet apartment with sea view, very close to the center of Opatija. The apartment was comfortable and peaceful, and the host had thought of every detail, so we really felt at home. Its location is perfect, close to both the city center and the beach. I especially recommend it to Turkish traveler families.
