Wasee was a great host. He went far and beyond to make our stay memorable. The property is spotless clean and situated in a calm yet walking distance from the Nilaveli beach. Breakfast was excellent as well.

Nice accommodation close to the beach. Perfect place for family with kids. Very quiet place with great clean territory. Very clean rooms, comfortable beds, new equipment. We had another booking in Trinco but some unexpected events in our previous accommodation forced us to find something new. Sunbreeze was even better than our previous one. The family was really nice and welcoming asking about everything we need and taking care of us. There is such a nice and family atmosphere :). You have AC in your room, you can use balcony and common terrace. Room was very clean with enough places to leave your things. The owner is also renting scooters for such a fair price which we used. Jay R is a newly renovated guesthouse; in fact, we were among its first guests. It's very clean, and guests have access to their rooms, a living room, and a large terrace (not yet ready, but it will be very soon). The host is very kind and helped us plan our travel arrangements. This place is simply fantastic. It is super clean, new, and the location (2 minutes to the beach and all nice restaurants next to it) is fantastic! The highlight is the host, she is the most friendliest ever, helps with anything, speaks multiple languages. There is also free coffee, tea, and she often comes around with yummy fruits! You can also get great meals for the best price ever!
