Everything is new, as it was just opened in May '25. The owners are bending over to make it a pleasant stay. It was perfect for a quick stay over, as it's close to the airport.

The grounds of the boutique hotel were exquisite and opened to the beach. The rooms were so fancy (obviously designed with a Western eye and for Western comfort) and extraordinarily clean. We ordered food, which was delicious. The hosts helped us arrange transport to the airport and even got up with us at 2 am to see us off. The sea is quite nice at the location with tide pools and beach areas. We swam and snorkeled! A great place to stay onarrival or departure from Sri Lanka, about 20-30 minutes from the airport.

The staff couldn’t be any more helpful and kind of they tried. The breakfast was amazing and they even offered us tea and biscuits are a day of exploring. The bed was comfortable and good Wi-Fi. If you are looking for somehwtr cheap to stay near the airport this is the place. Roughly 1000 in TUKTUK for airport if you walk a outside and away from main entrance

Our room looked exactly as pictured, with a comfortable bed, hot shower, and balcony with view of the ocean. I also really appreciated the body lotion provided and the water bottles. WiFi, Netflix, and A/C were great too. Definitely check out the rooftop pool and view at sunset! We would stay here again our next time through Negombo. Our host even offered to drive us to the airport in the morning for a fair price.

I had a fantastic six-night stay at this apartment. It was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was perfect—close to great restaurants, the airport, and the train station, which made getting around very easy. The owners were incredibly helpful, always quick to respond and willing to assist with travel plans and local recommendations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
