The views and beach are outstanding. The rooms are fit for a king. Peace and quiet. Falling to sleep listening to waves was heaven. The pools are great. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The location is spectacular with a wonderful view over Zihuatanejo Bay. It was a short walk along the beach into town with many little beach side bars and restaurants at which to stop for refreshments along the way. If you are not up to the walk back at the end of an evening then it's only a short 50 pesos taxi ride home. The building and the pool area are well kept and the 24hr security (although in Zihua safety is rarely a concern) was friendly and helpful. The apartment, although a little dated, was clean, comfortable and spacious enough for two couples. Even on 32 degree days, the cool ocean breeze blowing through the huge windows made AC (although available) unnecessary. My wife and I have visited Zihuatanejo a number of times over the past years and have never been disappointed. This trip was no different. Casa Bahia was our first non-hotel experience and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Jim and Holly were very forthcoming with information and we were delighted with their recommendations for bars and restaurants that we had not visited before. Upon arrival we enjoyed a warm greeting from Carmen the property manager even though we arrived outside of the normal check in hours. Throughout our stay Carmen was always readily available for any questions and arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport the day we left. All in all a fantastic stay!

Perfect hotel for pairs and families as well as for single travellers who want to spend calm holiday / weekend. Amazing staff, very nice beach and pool. But i would not recommend it for people searching rich night-life.

This Ixtapa hotel is located on a private beach overlooking Palmar Bay. It has a spacious outdoor pool, children’s pool, full-service spa and rooms with minibars.

the staff in every facility were most helpful and happy to deal with you..very accommodating. great room and service. there was a miscommunication on my part but the hotel more than ,ade up for it and everything was fixed..

Staff was great! Big shout-outs to Santiago upon check in and during our 10-night stay; Leslie was very helpful as the concierge to set up spa appointments and make reservations to the many fine restaurants in and away from the resort. Also, Mario who oversaw the Las Brisas Beach Club service of breakfast and dinner was excellent to make us feel very welcome.
