Everything's went smoothly from the airport transfers to accommodation, and vice versa. The staff are hospitable, very welcoming, nice, and kind, especially the one who assisted us during check-inprocess and the two housekeeping ladies Jilyn and Aya who've made our room looked like our first day. The experience was indeed over the top, and we would love to go back again.

Beautiful rooms, well-kept and aesthetically pleasing. Staff were so kind and attended to us all the time. Location was right on White Beach, and we really enjoyed just walking out to paradise every morning!

We loved our stay here. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect right off the main beach. They had lots of options for breakfast, and we also really enjoyed the happy hour on the roof at sunset! We wish we could have stayed longer.

This hotel exceeded our expectations and more. It may have been expensive but it was so worth the money! The airport transfer was smooth and even had treats on their private speedboat. Checking in was a bit late but we were surprised to have been met with a special birthday cake and greetings in our room! Every single staff would greet you during your entire stay. The room was superb and when we requested a pool-side room, they graciously gave us a room overlooking the pool and beach which was just amazing. The whole stay was wonderful especially with our 4 year old who swam 3 hours in the pool in the morning and 4 hours in the beach in the afternoon. The reason we booked this was because of how easy you can lay on the beach beds and order a drink or food while you get to watch your kid play by the waves as the sun sets. Just amazing. Food was very good too. I recommend their pizza restaurant after a tiring day at the beach. I have stayed in lots of other hotels in station 1 but this is the best so far. Would definitely come back next year!

very nice location, exceptional attentive and kind staff, changing high quality entertainment program every evening (made us using their restaurant often), good quality of cocktails, good price for value ratio in the restaurant, happy hour 1-7pm, nice and clean pool, intelligent and comfortable key & beach towel system, cleaning well, good smell, very helpful attitude for extra wishes. exceptional clean and white long and wide beach, 80-100m walk in during low tide this location gets the firsy all “10” rating in my whole life!
