The location was excellent especially if you are looking for a nice and quite vacation. The staff was so polite and extremely helpful. The dive shop was amazing and the instructors and dive guides were exceptional. I would 100% recommend this place to stay at. The food was really good especially for vegetarians they did their best to cater to people's food choices. Everyone was so welcoming and just so nice to talk to. They showed us the true meaning of Filipino hospitality.

Close to the strip, helpful and professional staff. It's really affordable, my room was the deluxe and I had a great view of the water. The restaurant also has a great view and food. The waitresses are really nice.

A small guesthouse right on the water of a quiet bay, with an annex further round the waterfront including some small bungalow/huts where we stayed. The room was small, with nowhere really to unpack, but it was clean and comfortable and had a small verandah right on the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Dive Centre is excellent. The staff all seemed to get on really well with each other which created really good atmosphere. They were also (to my inexperienced eye) professional and safe. Underwater they were brilliant at spotting and pointing out small and tiny reef creatures, which were amazing and fascinating (I am now really into nudibranchs). There are water coolers in the main public areas so we could reuse our water bottles (they also provide each guest with a refillable metal water bottle). The restaurant staff were given the evening of Christmas Day off (we were encouraged to eat early!) - a thoughtful touch which exemplifies the management style. We really enjoyed our stay here.

If you want to see the sunrise, this place is the best. You'll have your private sunrise as soon as you open the door. It's like a ferry tale. The resort is surrounded by a wonderful tropical garden and has in front the greatest ocean. No beach, but with a little care, you can swim nonetheless. The owner was very helpful in solving my air conditioner problem (even from Japan, THANK YOU), as well as Michelle and Melody, which were just great. I thank them all for being so friendly and helpful. I came with Manila vibes and left with Phillipines vibes because there are indeed 2 countries, there is Manila, and there are The Phillipines. Very good, helpful, and kind people live in The Phillipines. Wonderful scuba diving near the resort, Dive Dao. Please just do yourself a favour and change that old, antique air conditioner and the old furniture. You deserve 4 stars, but ...
