1401 is the place to stay if you want a central location to a small score of locally owned restaurants/grocery stores, a beautiful beach (Mullet Bay) all within a 5 min walk, gated parking, a well-appointed apartment with every amenity one could possibly want with an amazing view and the most attentive, knowledgeable host.
