The hotel is a good choice for those who don’t have luxury expectations. Rooms are modest/standard, but clean and comfortable. Food: You won’t go hungry — there’s a selection of vegetables and fruits, meat, desserts, and side dishes. Drinks: Instant coffee (variety available), carbonated drinks, juices, beer, and spirits. Staff: Friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the waiters — we were with kids, the little one is 2 years old and very active and careless. Almost every day she spilled her juice, and the waiters helped us every time we asked (I was going to rate it an 8, but I’m giving it a 9 just because of them).

A brilliant stay at Ulu! It is in the quieter side of Alanya (Kestel). Alanya main town is a 5-10 min drive away. The beach and beach bar, "Chillers", opposite the hotel gets a 4.9 rating on Google. Ulu residents get free sunbeds there. The sea is calm and super clean. All the staff are super friendly, but Kâzım at Ulu, was especially helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean and spacious and well equipped. There are supermarkets and local restaurants within walking distance.

The Apartment is located in a very quiet area with wide roads away from the city centre, about 10-15 mins by car. Beach is only 2 min walk away and a big Migros supermarket about 3 min walk away. Everything was perfect. The apartment is newly built. Comes with all amenities and extras. Outside and inside gate are secured with a remote control provided with the house key and a secondary touch screen option built inside the apartment. Car park for about 6 cars inside. Decent gym, big sauna and a good sized pool plus bbq area. The taker for me was the hospitality of the Owner Emre. He is always nearby and ready to help and answer all questions. Highly recommend if you're in Alanya and want a 5 star apartment in a quiet area.

Food was lovely. Great choices. Could be hotter but people did not close the lids after serving themselves which didn’t help. Staff were brilliant especially Mehmet who seemed to be everywhere! Had fab meal in the A La Carte Restaurant for partner’s 70th birthday and the staff decorated the table, baked a special cake and sang Happy Birthday and hotel gave a gift. Lovely experience.

I liked everything, starting from price to location, breakfast, rooms. The rooms are renovated and clean. Employees are the best!!! Guys and girls at the front desk were super nice and helpful. I felt really comfortable and had a wonderful time at sette serenity hotel. Especially the staff was so friendly, helpful and courteous! The cleaning persons, the guys at the reception, the girls who were responsible for breakfast etc… everyone was so friendly! :) Special thanks and greetings to jacub and his team at the pool bar. :) All of you guys did a great job! :) Other things I liked: - food and drinks were delicious and fresh - 2 minutes walk to the beach - the bed was comfortable - clean and cozy rooms - I had a stunning view from the balkony - good atmosphere - enough beach chairs at the pool
