If we knew how much we would love this place we would have stayed here the whole time we were on the island, taking day trips to explore. The bungalows were newly constructed with every detail thought of such as universal outlets on both sides of the bed and a fully adjustable shower with great water pressure. The food was delicious, the staff happy and kind, and the live music on some nights created a festive atmosphere.

Insta Beach Resort is located extraordinary. Away from hectic tourist spots it is like a small oasis to relax! But yet there are a few restaurants directly next to the hotel to enjoy the local food too. Breakfast was so delicious and the staff at the restaurant and bar was so helpful and nice. We enjoyed our honeymoon a lot and would definitely recommend it to anyone!

This was such a special property. It felt so boutique because of the fewer number of rooms. The food was so good. The drinks were good as well. Views were amazing. The staff was so wonderful. There was even entertainment each night.

The hotel is located next to the sea with a sand beach. It has two facilities located ~100m from each another and the guests are free to use both. Just for you to know, you will be bothered with lots of locals trying to sell stuff as in the most of the beaches in Zanzibar. But let me say what I liked at the hotel: - Very friendly staff. We were checked-in a bit earlier and they offered us a free room upgrade and overall the stuff was very attentive to any needs we might possibly have. They have a local board game called Bao. One of the staff member showed us how to play and it was very nice and interesting. - Restaurants. Delicious meals and drinks - Comfy Rooms. - Great and clean pool (which you need when the sea is in low tide)

    The location was breathtaking, felt like you are in paradise. Kiwengwa Beach resort is great for everyone, especially for famalies. So much to do at the resort from swimming in 1 of 3 pools or ocean, playing volleyball, tennis, planned activities in the day, shows at night etc. The staff from management, to waiters, kitchen, housekeeping, gardeners, animation team - everyone was super friendly and accommodating. Variety of delicious food options.

    After an easy-peasy pickup from the ferry in Stone Town, we arrived at the Villa to be welcomed by a super friendly team and a romantic seafood dinner set for us right on the beach. It was perfection from the first moment! We spent a relaxing weekend enjoying the pool, walking on the beach, playing games, swimming in the ocean and eating the delicious food prepared by the Chef. We felt safe, pampered and well taken care of. Mr. Davies made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We can't wait to go back!

    We liked everything, from the wonderful, smiling and always helpful hosts and staff, through the amazing space around the hotel, wonderful massages, to the restaurant, the view of the ocean and our favorite outdoor bed right on the beach. It was a pleasure to spend a week of our vacation there, we felt like at home. We hope that we will be able to return there again.

    Unlike most other resorts this one is right on the beach, there is no barrier between you and the ocean. And since it’s a small place the beach vendors (who are everywhere on every beach in Zanzibar) tend to focus on the beach stretches of the bigger resorts. This is a huge advantage. Food is great, staff is friendly and welcoming. Walking up and down the beach it was super evident that this is the best place for kilometers both up and down the beach.

    The first thing I want to mention is the lovely staff, very friendly and attentive. Location right on the beach. You can watch the views of the ocean, having breakfast or relaxing on a sunbed. Good cuisine at reasonable prices in the hotel restaurant. So, if you are looking for an atmosphere of complete relaxation and tranquility, this is the right choice.
