The hotel is a great option for staying in Hoi An. It is 5 minutes by public transport from the centre (which is super cheap, by the way). If it is hot, it is on the beach, and it also has a magnificent swimming pool. The food is very good and the breakfast is magnificent.

July (the lady from the reception) was the absolute best! She fixed everything for us and we could easily pay everything at the end. The place was super cozy, felt like home and had a nice energy about it. The room was also very nice and exactly what you would need! Nice bathroom. Bed was amazing. We even wanted to stay longer but it was sold out. Absolutely best place I’ve stayed on our whole 7 week trip! Thankyou

From the moment we arrive to the day we left, the staff had been friendly and welcoming. We have been around Vietnam for over 5 weeks in 4 star hotels and JM became the first hotel where one experienced a real 4 star hotel with 5 star service. Bed linen is super clean. Buffet breakfast was super delicious with the mix of Western and Eastern. There is also a shuttle to Old Town and one day the reception made a mistake about our shuttle booking and profusely apologised and even wanted to book us Grab at the hotel cost. We however declined and waited for the next one. Close to the beach and has bicycle for free use. We had lunch at the hotel twice and the food was delicious. Booking. Com pictures don’t lie

We could left our luggage in the lobby and use hotels swimming pool and we could check-in one hour earlier bcs we arrived in the morning. The same story goes for departure. After check out we could use swimming pool as well and they have offered to us transport to our next destination (for extra pay). The staff treated us extremely well. While waiting we got a refreshment drinks. 100% worth for the money.
