The stylish rooms offer good space and have modern shower and plumbing fixtures. The nearby clubhouse offers a menu with good breakfast and lunch. Golf tee times can be reserved, unless the stay is booked at times when course is closed to public play, such as when large multiday tournaments are held. I've found it possible on most trips to the area to get tee times at The Dunes. I usually stay at a small cottage nearby but this time it was unavailable part of my stay. I would consider the Links Lodge at The Dunes for another stay on future visits. There are in room safes offer an extra layer of security for those concerned about safeguarding travel documents. The lodging is fairly new and opened in the last few years. It is separated from the main clubhouse by a short distance and each unit has parking which is separate from common parking areas. My room was a two minute walk to the restaurant and clubhouse.

The world famous Twelve Apostles are only 8 minutes’ drive from Motel Portside. Loch Ard Gorge is a 5-minute drive and 12 Apostles Visitor Information Centre is just 300 metres away. Port Campbell Beach is only 500 metres away. The room was spotless! And very spacious. Decor was fun. There was a coffee machine provided at reception to make complementary coffees during our stay. Host was super attentive but not intrusive. One of the best motels we have ever stayed in!

Seacombe House Motor Inn Port Fairy is 5 minutes from the historic Port Fairy Wharf and 10 minutes from the area's beaches. You will find local shops, boutiques, cafes and restaurants on your doorstep. Very big room with two doors, one goes to the inner garden and another to the corridor with a water filter. Laundry is free with liquid detergent and a dryer. The personnel is welcoming and caring. The bathroom is fully renovated.
