The property is around 900 metres from Ossos Beach, 1.3 km from Brava Beach and 1.5 km from Rua das Pedras street. Everything was great in this place, breakfast, room, staff, was incredible! It make our anniversary incredible. The most amazing thing was the view from the room. In front of the João Fernandez beach, one of the best beaches in buzios. Definitely we will come back to this hotel.

Christopher and Jonathan made us feel very welcome and were very helpful! the bed was very comfortable and the view from our room was stunning

The property is close to Our Lady of Rosary church, Matriz Square and Culture House. The property is non-smoking and is set 1 km from Praia do Cais. Nice little bed and breakfast. Well located (4 minute walk from the bus station) so easy to get to and from the bus station and also very close to the historic downtown (5 minute walk). The workers were very friendly (let me borrow an adapter for charging my phone, always smiling, very pleasant). The highlight was the breakfast which was quite excellent. I did not use the pool. There was a large parking lot which could accomodate at least 10 cars. The rooms are good for 2 people. We squeezed 3 adults which was do-able but probably not for more than 1 or 2 days. 3 or even 4 people would be probably ok with 2 adults.

The rooms are bigs and comfortable. The staff are very friendly, especially the Recepcionist Gustavo. I enjoyed the breakfast. Definitely I recommend this hotel.
