It is an apartment in private aparetement complex only accesible with permition. Even if the area around felt a little unsafe at night the complex is very secure and safe. Great outside area for everyone with a gym, huge pool, basketball court and many other things. You could have a nice evening walk there. The apartment as itself was super nice for one night. Even for more great. 11th floor with a great view over San Jose, furniture and everything in a great shape, fully equiped kitchen, dining area and living room in one. The two bathrooms and 2 bedrooms make it just great for a family. We enjoyed a lot and recommend this apartment. Great value - price ratio!

The guest house has family rooms. Huge, modern and clean room with a king+ sized comfy bed. Right next to the bus station, 30 meters walk. Easy checkin, nice kitchen, nice lady who runs it and it was easily the best value for money we have gotten in the whole of Costa Rica. Shared living room and kitchen made us feel like we were at home chilling in our appartment, and the lady let us stay there as long as we wanted after checkout to wait for our plane.
