The check in gentleman was very helpful even though i checked in late . the breakfast was good with a nice selection available. they did a very good boiled egg and a good cup of coffee. there was a small kitchen on the 1st floor where you could make a coffee or purchase a bottle of beer or wine from the fridge. fantastic view over Lake Constance and the mountains off to the left. must be great on a sunny day, unfortunately weather was terrible for me. comfy seating on the balcony outside the room.

The whole service team is absolutely warm and friendly like a family. The house prepared a baby bed for us! It made me feel so taken care of. The food provided at the in-house restaurant is amazing, so beyond my expectations; it's not a "billig" menu but the taste and food definitely worth their prices.

I was deeply impressed by the warm decoration everywhere in the hotel, the small animals on the table, the candlesticks, the welcome chocolates placed on the bed, the snow brushes prepared for the guests with the car... It all makes you feel at home. Breakfast was very rich and delicious. You can order fried eggs, brew coffee in a coffee pot served to each guest, make you feel like a VIP. I will surely choose it again.
