Kindly note that this property does not have a swimming pool or a private beach, but guests have access to the swimming pool and private beach (with a charge) at Paradise Inn Beach Resort, which is a different property in the same hotel group. first of all the location is excellent with a breathtaking view , close to all markets and restaurants, then the staff are very respectful and professional, sooo kind , a great hospitality , specially Mrs.Cristina who welcomed us and took a very good care of us , the front disk staff as well , we got to talk to Mr.Mohammed the general manager a very kind person and very respectful (we thank each one of you for the good care and for making our vacation memorable) . the food was very delicious, the restaurant on the roof was amazing we enjoyed every single meal, finally , the room wich was sooo comfortable and super clean. I can't thank you enough for the amazing 3 days we had with you , you made us love Alexandria even more
