Seif ,who come to pickup us up at the airport , was simply incredible- so kind, welcoming and professional,he immediately made us feel at ease. At the reception, we were warmly welcomed by the sweetest receptionist,always smiling ,helpful ,and attentive ,making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The owner mr.adam of the hotel is also truly wonderful- attentive ,generous,and always checking that every guest is comfortable and happy. the hotel itself is fantastic: our room with a jacuzzi was stunning , very comfortable, and offered a breathtaking view of the pyramids. Everyhing was spotless and perfectly prepared . Throughout our stay , the whole team went above and beyond to take care of us , always with kindness and attention. I only planed to stay here for 1 night but because here is so comfortable and I feel like home, I extended 2 more nights here! Especially Youssef is such an amazing person. If you find any problem, just WhatsApp him and he will be there helping you immediately. Even though I asked tons of questions he answer it one by one very quickly and nice. At my last day I need to leave early at 6 am, and the hotel prepared breakfast box for me too! I will definitely stay here again if I come to Egypt again.
